Refunds

There is no refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy with your services, please contact us within 48 hours from your service for a solution.

Lash Extension Refill Policy

Refills must have 40% of lash extensions remaining, and must be within 3 weeks of your last appointment.

4+ weeks will be charged as a full set.

Time Management

Services can take up to 3 hours depending on many factors.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel, please let us know 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Lash Appointment Late Arrivals

Once it’s past 10 minutes there is a $10 late arrival fee. After 15 minutes the appointment is canceled and you are seen as a no show & charged full amount.
